At Indiya Routes and Flaavours, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality spices and flavours that meet our quality standards. Each product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we request that you share your order details along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that we cannot process requests reported after 48 hours of delivery.
